Think about infographics.

 

I've listed a few examples here, but honestly there are many more ways to visually enhance your communication and enlarge its impact. And if you have a consistent design system it creates a perfect bracket from marketing to internal communication to the employer brand - everyone immediately recognises who this information associates with.
